Jenn Rathbone

Born and raised on 72 acres in Upstate New York, I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Professional Photographic Illustration in Advertising with a Concentration in Communication. After college I moved to Austin, TX with my then boyfriend, now husband. Ten months later we moved to Portland and currently reside in Central Oregon with our three year old daughter and two dogs.

My professional background is in project management and website design, creation and support. After stepping away from that for a short time, I realized I enjoyed and missed it, thus the creation of my small business Web, Etc. Learn more about that here.

Ever in the pursuit of reducing my family's toxic load, I joined arms with Beautycounter in 2019 after being a customer for over a year. Beautycounter's mission is to put safer personal care products into the hands of everyone, and one powerful way they do that by showing up on capitol hill and affecting legislation. I do this work through education to encourage my family, friends and acquaintances to reduce their toxic load in effort to be spared exposure to harmful ingredients linked to acne, asthma, infertility and cancer to name a few.
